Play dates!!

One of my good friends had her cute little girl, Adilyn, last year a few months before I had Lola. Ady is her little countdown baby. She was born 11-10-09. Courtney is amazing and has been there for me through a lot of stuff so it's great to get to share our little girls exciting times with each other. Lola and Ady love playing with each other!!

Bath-time Baby!!!

Lola loves anything having to do with the water. She loved the lake, the pool, her baby pool, and especially the bathtub. Lola loves splashing around in it and kicking her legs in it. At Drew's house Lola gets to play in the "big girl bathtub", but at Mommy's house Lola gets to play in the....SINK!!! It's perfect size for her right now and I don't have to bend over to wash her. Perfect set up if you ask me! She loves the shiny surface of the sink too! Plenty of entertainment for my little bean!

"My Hair had a Party Last Night"

So Julia, my cousin, used the name of my blog as an idea for the name of her blog, meaning she took "Kipfer" and replaced it with "Tucker". I decided to do a little borrowing of my own. (I love you Julia!!!!) Lola had her hair pinned up all day and this is how it looked when we took it down...

Everyone seems to think that Lola needs to have on a different outfit every 20 minutes. Okay maybe not every 20 minutes, but I promise that when I leave for school in the morning I have one outfit on her and when I come home she has a totally different outfit on. My mom tends to use Lola like a little girl does a baby doll...she dresses her up ALL the time!! This is probably a good idea since Lola has more clothes than Drew and I combined!

Crib: Play place or place to sleep. That is the question!!

Lola has found a new game to play in her crib. It's not as easy to describe as it is to play, but I'll give it a try. Here goes the simplified version: Lola crawls to the bars of her crib and peeks out, sometimes she even crawls up to peer out. I hide on the floor or someplace she can't see me well. When I go to "get her" she dives onto her bed. I wish I were kidding when I say dives, but she literally flops herself onto her bed away from me. And just LAUGHS like crazy!! It's a great game!! We pass many hours doing this over the course of a day.

My Little Colts Baby

For the Colts first regular season game, Lola got dressed up in her Colts dress to support our boys in blue. She looked adorable in the dress...probably about as bad as our boys looked on the field. We suffered a very sad loss to the Texans. The Colts have rebounded a little bit in the last few games. Hopefully they'll keep it up. I'd rather them lose in the regular season than in the post season. Another Super Bowl HERE WE COME!! GO HORSE!!!
